AquaCure – My Healing Experiment

In the spirit of Dr. Masaru Emoto and his rice test, I’ve decided to perform my own little water experiment that I will call “AquaCure” (I’m purposely using a positive word “cure” in the title).

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Over the next month, starting Monday, May 21, 2012, I will drink at least 3 glasses of water per day (morning, noon, and night) using a glass with positive words written on it.  When drinking, I will say, think, and intend positive thoughts and words like “love, gratitude, joy, health…” and utter affirmations to set my intention for my own “improved health.”

T0 add another dimension to this little experiment, I will drink different types of water each week to see if they have varying effects.  Week 1 will be tap water, Week 2 bottled water, Week 3 filtered water, and Week 4 ionized water.

I plan on observing the effects of my “AquaCure” experiment to see if my health improves.  To measure the effects, once a week I will write diary entries on my blog, discussing what takes place.  I will especially look at feelings, energy, mental and physical manifestations, intuitive actions I’m inspired to take, and cures.

To lay the groundwork, the starting point is that my health has been poor. I have weight issues after years of programming in unhealthy eating habits.  I’ve been having problems walking with stiff legs and pain in the knees. My energy is low and my skin, hair, and nails are lackluster.  And I have conditions that show my body is missing the necessary ingredients to thrive.

We will see in 30 days if intending “improved health” using water brings about the results I desire.   Signed by:  Suzan

PLEASE JOIN ME IN THIS EXPERIMENT.  EACH WEEK, WHEN I POST MY DIARY ENTRIES, YOU CAN ADD COMMENTS ABOUT HOW YOU ARE DOING?

How Water is Deeply Connected to our Individual and Collective Consciousness

In this video from Healthy Planet, Healthy Me radio program, world renown water researcher Masaru Emoto talks about where his idea to research the properties of water came from — an incident as a child where he almost drowned.

After the near drowning, he ran home to his mother, who he said probably knew about the qualities in water when she told him, “At times like this, you should communicate your feelings to the water, and the water will understand.”  That incident stuck in his head, and in later years led him to discover that water is deeply connected to our individual and collective consciousness.

Emoto’s photographic experiments have demonstrated that the vibration in human energy, thoughts, words, ideas, and music effect the molecular structure of water.  Here’s a short video clip from the movie “What the Bleep Do We Know” that demonstrates this premise.

Emoto went on to author books and DVDs titled Message from Water (1999, 2001, 2006, 2008), Water Knows the Answers (2001, The Hidden Messages in Water (2004), Water Crystal Healing: Music & Images to Restore Your Well Being (2006), The Shape of Love: Discovering Who We Are, Where We Came From, Where We are Going (2007).

Today, he travels the world talking about water and peace, and is a featured speaker at the “Council of Elders: Healing the Earth for World Peace” that will be held in Frankfurt, Germany on September 24-25, 2012.

On Emoto’s official website you will find links to an application to submit your own water sample for photographing and publication on the website in “Water Crystal of the Month,” a video of water crystals changing while the American National Anthem is played, info about the Emoto Peace Project that aims to educate children about the truth of water by distributing for free a childrens’ version of the book Messages from Water, his phone app called MY HADO that connects you to everything Emoto, and a video about “How to Erase Clouds?” (the instructions can be found here.

Do you go through life like a zombie — mindlessly going through your daily routine?  I do!

Here’s a little incident that happened to me last week.  Most of the time, I take a commuter train to my job.  But one day, I missed the window of time to catch the train, so I decided to drive.

Later that day, I got off work and stepped out the door only to find a commuter train pulling up, so I hopped on, settled into a comfy seat and pulled out a newspaper.

About 15 minutes later, I was rocked out of my twilight zone when I suddenly realized my car wasn’t waiting for me at the other end of the tracks … it was back downtown in a parking garage.

I pulled myself together, gathered up my belongings and my pride, and I got off the train to catch one heading in the opposite direction.  At the time, I kinda laughed about it and felt stupid at the same time.

Did you ever notice that the most spaced out people tend to work at Fast Food Restaurants?  It must be something about making the same food over-and-over that puts them into trances.

A Hamburger, fries, and a coke from a fast-foo...

A pet peeve of mine is when you go into the drive-thru lane and order a “cheeseburger with fries and a Coke?”  What happens next is a symptom that the person on the other end of the speaker is not all there, when she replies, “Do you want cheese on that burger?  Did you want a drink?”

You sit there in total frustration, having just told her the answers to those questions.  But she spaced you out … she didn’t hear your words … it didn’t register in her brain.  Instead, she went into her automatic speal.

In an article “Spacing Out Half the Day Makes People Unhappy in Harvard Study,” the author says in the journal Science that “people spend half their waking hours thinking about something other than what they are doing” and a Harvard study showed that “wandering minds tend to lead to unhappiness.”

What’s this all mean?  If we spend half our time residing in negative Lalaland it’s difficult to manifest your heart’s desires, so it’s best to move from Zombieland to Presentville.

To start you on that trip, below are a few quotes as shown on goodread.com from Eckhart Tolle, a Law of Attraction spiritual leader who is one of the biggest proponents of living in the present moment:
